Meet me
I’ve never found it easy to describe who I am. Perhaps because I believe that who we are is not something that can be captured in a few words, but something we discover through the way we live, the choices we make, and the way we connect with others.
So rather than trying to define myself, I would like to share a little of my journey that brought me here.
The Journey that brought me here
From a very young age, I was curious about the world around me. I loved reading, listening to conversations, and exchanging ideas with different people.
At the same time, life forced me into situations that, from a young age, gave me the opportunity to look within for answers when nothing outside seemed to work anymore. Through these experiences, I became increasingly interested not only in the life happening around me, but also in the life happening within me.
Step by step, I began to realise that in order to change my life, I had to change myself.
This discovery became an important part of my own journey. Although I still encounter challenging situations today, I’ve experienced many times how much can change when we become more aware of ourselves, our familiar patterns, and change by reconnecting with what is already within us.
These experiences have shaped the way I see people and change. They have also led me to explore and live a deep passion of mine: supporting others on their own journey towards a more fulfilled life.
What I bring to the table
My interest in understanding the connection between mind, body, and soul began in my teenage years. Driven by this curiosity and my desire to work in healthcare, I first studied Physical Therapy, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management at the Catholic University of Applied Sciences in Mainz, Germany.
Since 2017, I have worked in different areas of the healthcare system — in hospitals, with children with disabilities, and for an extensive period in an independent multiprofessional healthcare practice.
These experiences taught me a great deal about the human body, health, and the many different ways people experience and navigate challenges. But alongside this outer learning, another journey was unfolding within me.
Over the years, I continuously deepened my own inner awareness through a consistent daily meditation practice and other experiences that expanded my perspective and consciousness, including meditation and nature retreats, reading, and travelling.
The more I explored this inner dimension, the more I came to understand that lasting change is not only about changing what happens around us. It begins with how we see and treat ourselves, how aware we are of what is happening within us, and how connected we are to our own inner resources.
From Healthcare to Coaching
At the beginning of 2026, I decided to take a deeper step towards my passion.
I no longer wanted to support people exclusively on a physical level within a healthcare setting. I wanted to create a space where people could explore what opportunity lies within their challenges, reconnect with themselves, and discover the resources and possibilities that already exist within them.
In order to get a foot on the ground and gain initial experience, I therefore completed the ICF-approved Coaching PUR training with SolutionSurfers Deutschland.
Today, coaching allows me to bring together the different parts of my journey: my personal experience of inner growth, my professional experience in healthcare and my belief that meaningful and lasting change comes from within.
I don't see myself as someone who has all the answers or who tells you what to do. Instead, I see my role as creating a space where you can pause, become more aware, look at things from new perspectives, and reconnect with your true self.
